We are currently looking for Casual staff who are keen to work in the below roles:
Catering Attendant
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ensure catering areas are clean, organised, and well presented
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Assist with setup and pack down of catering events
Kitchen Hand
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties to maintain kitchen hygiene
- Support chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, plating, etc.)
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work safely with minimal supervision.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
Food Prep
- Prepare ingredients for service (chopping, marinating, portioning, etc.)
- Assist chefs with daily
- Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
